Resources for Lent

As we prepare for the season of Lent, here are some resources to assist you in your ministry and personal prayer. All are available in the Media Center.

A Lenten Journey

Angel’s Lenten Lesson

This video teaches children the practices of Lent and encourages them to renew their commitment to follow Jesus.

Bridges to Contemplative Living with Thomas Merton

This book offers readers an introduction to contemplative dialogue and is suitable for small group reflection. Themes include: 1) Where do we turn for forgiveness? 2) In all things, always seeking God, and 3) In the service of peace through humility and prayer.

Guided Meditations for Lent

The Proud Tree
