James O’Neill      has been a full-time pastoral counselor for over 30 years in Metairie and New Orleans, LA. He has served as director of the Pastoral Department of Notre Dame Seminary and Professor of Pastoral Theology and Executive Director of the Pastoral Counseling Center of Southern Baptist Hospital. He possesses a Bachelor of Sacred Theology from the Gregorian University in Rome, Italy; a M.Div. from Notre Dame Seminary, New Orleans, LA; and an Ed.D. in Psychology and Counseling from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, LA. For over 25 years, he has presented numerous workshops and presentations on integrating masculine and feminine energies, men’s issues, marriage, parenting, and other issues related to mental health. He teaches Family Systems and Introduction to Pastoral Care and Counseling in the LIM on-campus program.
